In the northern hemisphere, December 21 marks Winter Solstice, an auspicious time of healing as we are invited to release all that no longer serves us and dream a new dream into being, one that is more deeply aligned with who you are. The energies of this astrological event can be felt days after so it is the perfect time to connect with one of Ireland’s most renowned and loved sacred sites, Newgrange.

Newgrange has been used as a site of ritual, ceremony and celebration for over 5000 years, making it older than the pyramids of Giza, and to this day is aligned with the rising sun of Winter Solstice. 

In this class, we’ll journey to the sacred land of Newgrange, home to the Good God, Dagda and where the sacred union between Dagda and Goddess Bóinn took place. A wonderful story of what is possible when the Divine feminine and Divine masculine come into perfect union.
