Gathering of Sacred Hearts and Warriors:

Emotional Sobriety and Recovery Circle celebrating the time of Imbolg.

Imbolg is a traditional Celtic holiday of home, hearth, farm and land stewardship.

Typical activities: cleaning your home and barn; sorting grains and seeds for planting; welcoming new life and fertility; honoring the Goddess (or Saint).

How we will celebrate at the upcoming gathering Sun Feb 1 5:30-8PM in Mendota Heights MN:

• Safe and confidential fellowship to support Emotional Recovery
• Light ceremony to honor the season, including a candle lighting, drumming, singing and prayers - bring a song or poem
• Meditation and chanting from Taoist and Vedic traditions
• Group activities to clarify vision and practice for the year
• Feast and sharing of light and compassion; bring nosh or side dish!
