This means, when it's your turn to share, that you get to say what you want, and if someone has a question or comment, you may opt to hear it, answer it, or not.

Agreement #2: You agree to keep everyone's words and communications in the circle safe and confidential. What others say in the circle, stays in the circle.

You can trust others to offer you the courtesy and respect of confidential expression.

Agreement #3: You agree to not share the names and identities of other participants in the circle to anyone outside the circle. Your participation, as well as your words, is kept safe.

Agreement #4: You agree to be guided by the moderator of the group during the circle gathering. If the moderator asks for clarification, or for you to modify your expression, or to say more or less, for the sake of improving the group experience, you will please comply. You can always opt out of any requests for more info, at your discretion.

Nothing will be asked of you by the moderator that is not in yours or others best interests, as determined by the discernment of the moderator.

Agreement #5: You agree to follow the lead of the moderator in the circle, and keep on track with regards to timing and respect for every participant's experience.

You can trust the moderator to help make sure everyone is on board with having a good experience. Working toward a shared goal of learning and improving one's emotional sobriety and self-mastery is our common goal.
